Less-than-Containerload (LCL)

Teilladungen wie z. B. Kleinsendungen von unterschiedlichen Versendern werden entlang der gesamten Transportkette in Transportcontainer geladen bzw. daraus an unterschiedlichen Zielorten für unterschiedliche Empfänger entladen (Pier-Pier-Verkehre). Der Begriff wird in erster Linie im Zusammenhang mit dem Containerverkehr in der Seeschiffahrt verwendet.

Bill of Lading (B/L) (dt. Konnossement oder Seeladeschein) ist ein Nachweis über den zwischen Befrachter (Ablader) und Verfrachter (Reederei) abgeschlossenen Seefrachtvertrag.
