Logsitcs definition

An article in the Harvard Business Review identifies logistics as having the
potential “to become the next governing element of strategy, as an inventive
way of creating value to customers, and immediate source of savings and
important discipline or marketing and a critical extension of flexibility” (Fuller,
O’Conner and Rawlinson 1993).
